About Osprey Acupuncture

I’ve been a practicing Acupuncturist since 2008 after finishing a four year degree at the International College of Oriental Medicine. I chose to study acupuncture in depth after spending two and half years in China studying Chinese massage, tai ji and qigong.

My post graduate study has taken me to study diagnosis in depth especially the art of taking the pulse and deepened my knowledge of stems and branches which is at the core of classical acupuncture.

I enjoy working with my patients to help them live their lives to their fullest potential. I have special interest in treating injuries and scars and treating those on the autistic spectrum or with sensory processing challenges. I have also found it rewarding treating people in The Services for various physical ailments as well as work related stress. I enjoy treating children with their enthusiasm and straight forward attitudes, helping teens to have the inner strength to navigate the world confidently and using acupuncture to support adults at all stages of their lives to gain and maintain a good level of health so they can be resilient to what life can throw at them. I have also had the honour of using acupuncture during end of life care.
